Just got an idea wish to share with you there if you are interested.
For example a unit 1027sf at Glenview Villa Apartment now 29/04/2018 Market Value RM 350,000.00
refinance 80% at bank get RM 280,000.00 with monthly installment RM 1,500.00.
Then you safe aside RM 1,500.00/month x 12 x 5 years = RM 90,000.00
Balance cash in hand RM 190,000.00
Target a new property near MRT station RM 340,000.00 with deposit 20% @ RM 70,000.00
get 80% finance, than your hand still got RM 120,000.00
Is that great. So don't waste your properties lying idle there, try to refinance and get new one there.
