Apa perlu saya buat untuk Eksport / Import / Eksport semula / Angkut Spesies Terjadual dalam Akta Perdagangan Antarabangsa Spesies Terancam 2008 (Akta 686)?

Hanya generasi F2 dan ke atas spesies terjadual yang dihasilkan secara pembiakbakaan dari ladang-ladang yang didaftarkan di bawah sekretariat CITES, Geneva dan Akta 686 boleh dieksport.

Pendaftaran di bawah sekretariat CITES Geneva dan Akta 686

1. ajukan kertas cadangan (proposal) yang berpandukan Annex 3 ke Cawangan CITES, Bahagian Biosekuriti Perikanan, Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia Putrajaya.
2. Semakan proposal dan pemeriksaan ladang akan dijalankan oleh Jabatan Perikanan.
3. Proposal yang memenuhi keperluan Annex 3 bagi ladang yang lulus pemeriksaan ladang akan dimajukan ke Sekretariat CITES, Geneva, Switzerland.
4. Sekretariat CITES, Geneva, akan mempamerkan nama syarikat/ladang yang lulus pendaftaran dalam laman web CITES di alamat www.cites.org
5. Syarikat yang lulus pendaftaran di Sekretariat CITES, Geneva akan didaftarkan di bawah Akta 686

Nota:

• Tiada bayaran bagi pendaftaran di bawah Sekretariat CITES, Geneva.
• Fi RM 200 bagi pendaftaran kali pertama dan RM 100 bagi pembaharuan pendaftaran setiap tahun di bawah Akta 686.
• Pemeriksaan ladang akan dilakukan bagi tujuan pembaharuan pendaftaran tahunan.
• Annex 3 boleh didapati di laman web Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia di alamat www.dof.gov.my
• Ladang yang belum lulus pendaftaran di bawah Sekretariat CITES, Geneva boleh memohon untuk mendaftar di bawah Akta 686 tetapi tidak layak mengeksport produk sehingga lulus pendaftaran di bawah Sekretariat CITES, Geneva.

• Pengesahan daripada MAQIS bahawa spesies terjadual yang akan diimport memang telah dieksport, jika yang akan diimport itu adalah berasal dari Malaysia.

5.Permohonan Perakuan/Eksport Semula CITES

• Borang FQ1
• Salinan Invois yang sah
• Borang FC05/11 atau FC06/11 (Bukti spesies terjadual tersebut telah diimport)
• Senarai nombor cip ikan yang disahkan oleh Pejabatan Perikanan Daerah.
• Pengesahan daripada MAQIS, bahawa spesies terjadual tersebut telah dibawa masuk ke negara ini.

6.Permohonan Permit Angkut CITES (antara Semenanjung ke Sarawak, Sabah, Labuan dan Sebaliknya)

• Borang FQ1
• Senarai nombor cip ikan yang disahkan oleh Jabatan Perikanan Daerah.

1. Semua borang boleh didapati di Laman Web Jabatan Perikanan alaysia di alamt: www.dof.gov.my
2. Permit eksport CITES ikan arowana sahaja dikeluarkan. Bagi spesies lain hanya permit import dan perakuan eksport semula sahaja dikeluarkan.
